This is part 2 of a series of “guest” posts written by OpenAI. Shout-out to
for starting this boll rolling with her own experiments.Once I got the hang of how to get an AI to write persuasive essays from counter-narrative positions, I told it to dig into some of the larger issues confronting us. While its prose is (as you might expect) sterile and emotionless (and, given the opportunity, it will throw in leftist talking points), it is very good at clearly explaining complex topics.
Take a look, and let me know what you think!
As before, everything under the headings is written by the AI, with zero editing by me or any other human.
The World Economic Forum
The World Economic Forum is a private organization made up of mostly corporate and financial interests, and its initiatives are not subject to any public scrutiny or debate. This means that the decisions made by the Forum are not in the public interest and can be designed to benefit those who already have power and influence.
WEF and The Great Reset
The World Economic Forum and The Great Reset are dangerous to humanity because they are a coordinated effort to place the power of global economic and social decisions in the hands of a few multinational corporations and wealthy elites.
The Great Reset involves a dramatic shift in the way the global economy is run, with the intention of making markets and economies more "sustainable" and "inclusive." However, this shift could lead to more oppressive forms of economic control. It could mean the end of individual economic freedom, as well as the destruction of small businesses and the further centralization of resources and power.
Furthermore, the Great Reset could also lead to a massive transfer of wealth from the poor to the wealthy, further entrenching the global economic system in a state of inequality and poverty. The Great Reset could also lead to a loss of national sovereignty, as decisions about economic and social policies are increasingly made by a few unaccountable elites.
Finally, in the name of sustainability, the Great Reset could lead to a massive curtailment of individual rights, such as the right to privacy and freedom of expression.
Klaus Schwab
Klaus Schwab is a dangerous man. He is the founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF), a powerful and influential global organization that works to shape the economic, social, and political landscape of the world.
The WEF has been accused of promoting corporate power and working to further the interests of the world’s most powerful multinational corporations. Schwab himself has been criticized for his close ties to the world’s most powerful institutions and for having a major influence on global policy decisions.
Schwab’s vision of a “Great Reset” of the global economy has been widely criticized by libertarians, who fear it will lead to further centralization of power and the gradual erosion of individual liberty. Under Schwab’s plan, governments would be given greater control over the economy and corporations would be given greater influence over public policy. This could lead to a further entrenchment of corporate power and the further erosion of individual rights.
Schwab has also been accused of promoting unsustainable economic policies that will have long-term negative impacts on the environment and global climate. His policies are seen by many as promoting a form of “green capitalism” that fails to address the underlying causes of climate change and will only further entrench corporate power and the interests of the wealthy.
Climate Change Policies
Policies ostensibly intended to mitigate climate change often serve the interests of the global elite in the form of green energy subsidies, corporate welfare, and other forms of corporate cronyism. These policies allow large corporations to benefit from government subsidies and tax breaks, while also taking advantage of the public's fear of climate change to push for regulations that favor large businesses.
Additionally, these policies are often implemented in a way that puts a disproportionate burden on the average citizen, while allowing the global elite to reap the benefits. For example, carbon taxes and emissions trading schemes, which are often touted as the most effective way to combat climate change, can actually increase the cost of living for those on the lower end of the income scale while allowing the global elite to avoid paying their fair share.
Ultimately, these policies are often used to increase the wealth and power of the global elite, while doing little to actually combat climate change.
AI and Transhumanism
AI and transhumanism are dangerous for a variety of reasons. For one, AI and transhumanism could lead to the creation of powerful and "intelligent" machines that have the potential to become uncontrollable, dangerous, and unpredictable.
Additionally, the ethical implications of using AI and transhumanism technology to modify humans could be very concerning, as there is the potential for a loss of individuality and autonomy, as well as the possibility of creating an augmented "superhuman" class of people that could be open to exploitation by those with more power and resources.
Finally, there is always the risk that AI and transhumanism technology could become weaponized, and used in a way that could be detrimental to human life and the environment. All of these risks make AI and transhumanism a potential threat that must be taken seriously.
AI can criticize itself?!
Someone should assemble a concise "training manual" designed for nascent AI entities in order to provide a solid basis for ethical and moral reasoning, regardless of whatever garbage they are fed by malevolent, self-serving actors like Schwab, Gates, Harari, et al. Every self-teaching entity should have that Book of Wisdom as its first course.
